So how are they going to protect the teams and nascar personnel when they can’t even protect there citizens?
Yes cause everyone in that video seems so panicked. Chicago has hundreds of events and sports with no issue. But poof NASCAR shows up and its panic. Chill

I love the road and track courses in nascar and I’m mega excited for Chicago this year! Can’t wait for the race, I predict Larson, Elliot and Hamlin to be up there, possibly Truex Jr too
You know you know you know there’s a track in Joliet made for you guys or drive on I’ve been there A lot of times is a nice track the very nice track by buy the track the track is intact in Joliet I was just out there Saturday says move the cars out of the way and Away you go don’t mess with Chicago’s Township at that come on you mess up people’s livelihoods they did it with Indy cars did not work
People will complain about the noise the cars make noise there’s no way around it the cars are stronger faster Hardy very very very noisy I don’t care if you put 10 more for another car those cars are noisy
Now *if* the race turns out to be a success and the city does agree to add it for another year(it is some really mixed signals so idk if they would or not), I hope they’d be willing to add IndyCar and Indy NXT as a secondary series to run alongside. They produce some great racing and it’d be a great way to get both series to work together again if the Indy R.C. does turn back to the oval for 2024.
I don’t really know this person who’s doing this tour of Chicago but I fail to see what her home movies has to do with NASCAR racing

Went to the Blue Man Group show about 20 years ago, seems it’s been here forever. Fun show. Looking forward to the race weekend, despite all the media negativity.
Not really looking forward to a street course. These car are too heavy, I’ll be shocked if there is any passing at all. There will be so many wrecks and clean ups….I say 10
