@cornflake9399 I mean there’s a reason he only ran one full season as a cup driver before being demoted back down to the Xfinity series. If you don’t think it’s because of a lack of talent just ask yourself what does Stewart Haas see in Briscoe that they apparently didn’t see in Cole Custer?

It was almost a bad bad day for #2
Cole drove in Cup for 3 years against the best drivers in the country and even won a race, pick any driver from the top 16 in points in Cup right now and put him in the 00 and it would be a run away champion for that driver. Cole is having an okay season for an Xfinity regular but he’s not just an Xfinity regular he’s supposed to be a Cup guy the fact that he’s struggling alot this season tells me he’s not going to have a long career in Cup, For sure not going back to SHR in Cup and if he even makes it back it’ll be with a Spire or Front Row. This season looked like it was supposed to be an audition to get back in Cup but he’s showing Cup owners that he’s not much without a really good car, im not so sure SHR is the problem TBH Harvick is still competitive on his way out Aric can be competitive but like the rest of SHR he’s just not that good of a driver . Next year, when Berry is in the car, he will really tell us if SHR is bad or if it’s just the drivers. But nonetheless Custers Cup career might be done
