Interesting project. Will this be a street car or track only? I ask because that exhaust exit isn’t legal in Virginia where I live.

neither, just a project. nascar ofc will have it but not for real cars unless it’s in the future

Wow talk about a video that exemplifies everything that is wrong with NASCAR at this very moment! Instead of making a street car able to race and still maintain its look to make it a more important Endeavor and racing and a much more more original unduplicated process of having legitimate streetcars out there on track. And I understand it should have carbon fiber fenders and everything you can do a tube chassis better and Jen maybe even a hybrid system better ground effects work in a way to make the real car look like the race car not a real car to look like the race car because the race car doesn’t look good the real car does!

My guy, they have literally not had anything CLOSE to street cars for 30 FREAKING YEARS. Why are you still complaining about something like this? Nascar has left that long behind. I don’t know what to tell you man, but it’s not coming back. No disrespect, but you gotta move on from that!

@Ian Perry my guy and since 05 they plummeting popularity! There was a point in time where Home Depot Lowe’s Budweiser FedEx I’ll paid 25 to 30 something million a year to be on those cars the drivers were getting paid 20 million the drive the cars they all had private jets but what did they do keep dumbing-down the product making it worse and worse and worse and worse until you’re at where we are now. You can also think the 1996 Ford Taurus maybe the 95 Ford Taurus whichever one replaced the Thunderbird and was very aerodynamic that’s the reason we no longer have a NASCAR that we recognize. I’m literally saying we should have what they had in the seventies and eighties and even in the 60s. Just have the bodies be the real bodies on the outside and on the inside If You Tube chassis lot of stock parts that are Universal to all of the teams. Then could you imagine people watching they could have that actual car racing out there and they go to the store and actually buy that one on Monday like they used to be able to. Why not keep the truck series get rid of the the Xfinity series or whatever the hell they call the middle one now that used to be the bush cup and have cup view the cream-of-the-crop and the cars be the pony cars so it’d be quite easy to have your cars look like the actual cars that are out there. You could also then attract other car manufacturers that have similar cars like BMW on their M54 them for their em3ev howdy with their S5 you have many other companies that would be able to enter cars if it just looked realistic on the outside and on the inside yes it was a 358 cubic inch small block V8 and a Toyota Supra. Or you can have what you have enough one and you create a basic set of rules and every five or six years you’ve spring them up with the purpose of creating certain objectives this year away from the way they used to build the cars similar what they just did with the 7 to the 8th generation. But the unfortunate part of them taking away what 200 maybe even more horsepower from the cars now you take the skill of throttle-control out of it and also brake control because the faster you go the better you have to break. I think they finally realized that they needed better track selections like bringing back North Wilkesboro another short tracks having road more road courses ice cream for so long even before the 2010 Tire disaster at Indy Indy Brickyard 500 should be the road course. They should be putting the effort that they did into the Lamar project into the actual sport because the sport is dying if it’s not dead already. But the dedication development and conservative effort that was put in for that card format that caliber where it could beat GT3 cars and even finish in front of some Daytona prototypes if I’m not mistaken. Granted because there were an experimental class they had were able to replace their transmission but it proved that even after all that they were still capable of beating the best the best at their level and their size! I’m a huge fan of NASCAR!

@FeintMotion  maybe reading comprehension isn’t for you. I clearly stated that in 05 their popularity started plummeting. I then said that if they made cars look like the actual cars (use the pony cars) just with carbon fiber fenders and Tube chassis like they’ve had SINCE the 70s and 80s. Hell just make it look like the real cars. I guaranteed you with good racing like road courses and short tracks. Get away from the stupid dirt and stadium gimmick. Then they’re going to make Michigan, Daytona, and Talladega special places no more cookie cutters filling the schedule. Reread the comment and understand the positivity and the request for NASCAR to be great again. I’m sick of this average bullshit we have every weekend I haven’t watched NASCAR in 2 years I’m switched over to F1. I’ve been a fan since I was 5 years old when I saw Daytona Nights! I watched Nascar religiously for almost 20 years never missing a race! To lose me as a fan says a lot about where the sport is. I’m not saying F1 is the greatest because F1 starting to have their own issues too acting very much like nascar. NASCAR needs to get rid of 15 races a year make it 25 then it’s special make us want more.
