nope, ross used its intended design, thats what the track built it for, nascar is the dumb one for penalizing him
@Chevchuk Racinghe used the access road and gained a advantage so yes it is cheating in any sort of motorsports

I’m hoping that we go back to the Indy oval, and they made a rule for the start and restarts at Phoenix. At Phoenix, you have to stay above the line separating the groove from the apron or you will be black-flagged.
