People love to see tight, hard, aggressive and close racing without any wrecks being involved. They love to see a checkered flag wave as the car crosses the line in those circumstances, and not a yellow.

maybe not rigged for anyone in particular but not a wreck filled finish or under caution. I think if it were rigged for a specific driver it would be a widely popular one. nascar controls what happens in races very carefully
