Richard Childress is like Lightning Mcqueen with his pit crews this year.
As a Kyle Busch fan I support the teams choices. I think getting the pit crew Kyle needs now will help in future seasons and further into the season as well. Just would love to see some consistency on pit road.
Yeah but also all of these changes disrupts the chemistry between the crew so that’s another factor
After last Sunday. As soon as they unloaded the car it was trash. Anything will help at this point.

Im a KFB fan and i want consistency on pit road!! They work as a team thst has rhythm and knows what the other guy is doing, just leave it alone for a few weeks!!!

If you keep changing Pete crewmembers, there’s no way there can be any consistency and that is what that pet crew desperately needs. I agree, leave it alone for a few weeks and see what happens and then if you need to make a change the change.

As a diehard KB fan, I think the changes were necessary. Obviously they see something a miss and are making changes around that. There was a lot of similar issues last year with the crew and I just don’t want to see that become the normal for KB. RCR’s short track program does need some more work through
That dream team that Busch needs in the pits has got to come soon for him. Overall and so far, Kyle has shown a lot of strength and I feel like a win is just inevitable by now. The tools to make it happen just aren’t quite there yet, as RCR has clearly acknowledged with all of these crew changes

love the difference in opinions/knowledge between a veteran driver and a newer younger driver. ones definitely putting more thought into it.
Hopefully they find a winning combination for Busch (as you said) so they can implement consistency and get good pitstops.

I was at north Wilkesboro in may of last year. For the open house. And boy I wish I could go back now. And just get a good feel of that old surface. I do have a picture of the old start finish line. So at least I have that to look back on. Hopefully that’ll bring back the feeling of that old surface for me. But boy I wish I could go back. And just have had spent the whole day feeling that old surface.
