Most exciting race in years!!!
To me, this was a dangerous disaster waiting to happen. From the tire issue, it wasn’t a good look for nascar.
Gosh some fans can’t even appreciate the good show of strategy and tire saving. Do you prefer “aero blocking” bs, full throttle and no chance to pass instead?
It was kinda dangerous but the tire management was entertaining
When Larson says he hopes we don’t have a race like this again?? Probably dangerous…
It was an absolute cluster. Tire wear is supposed to mean the tires lose grip, not outright fail.
What was dangerous? The last 121 laps went green.
Today was a step in the right direction for better short track racing with the next gen car! We finally see how a race can play out with tire wear. Excited to see how this improves other short tracks moving forward!
Well, they need to tell people when they are going to do something like this. I’m for more tire wear, but not to this extent.
Pretty sure they had no idea this was gonna happen from testing
Fix texas!?!?
It was a good race, but tires giving up that quick, is dangerous for the drivers pounding a 3,400 lb, stock car into the corner wall at Bristol is not cool. Another NASCAR Gimmick at the expense of a driver possibly getting seriously hurt, for exciting racing, I think only 5 cars were on the lead lap at the finish.
Definitely not a Nascar gimmick, they all were surprised by the tire wear
Fantastic race, don’t change a thing
It was a great race. Don’t screw it up by changing anything.
Imagine calling it a good race when your tires pop at a half tanks distance, and a crowd of 1/3 to 1/2 capacity at Bristol.
