More horsepower and longer lasting tires

NO !!! A more narrow wheel&Tire would reduce the contact patch& cars would have less grip & it would be the same change for every team

Yes.
Go to 5.0 V8 engines and go to unlimited horsepower except at Daytona and at Talladega.
Would still have to be restricted somewhat at those 2 tracks.

Agreed but I think a 4.0 V8 would be perfect.

I like the excuse “you can’t just turn it on”. While that may be true it would take very little to get back to high hp. It isnt like we didnt have higher hp years ago.

Never know until it’s tried…

750hp would come at no extra cost to teams. No brainer and can’t understand why NASCAR is still sitting on this.

PUT THE HORSEPOWER BACK IN THE CARS. at least bump them up, I’m done with everyone saying it. Now I want to know WHY NASCAR is so hesitant. Its suspicious they aren’t even testing it.

Bring back restrictor plates

Lets put more narrow wheels&tires on the car. Reduce the contact patch & give less grip & the change would be 100% the same for every team

Nascar is going to keep us begging for mo powa until the introduce the hybrid cup cars. That’s how they will win over the old guys. “Now we are adding sone electrical components, but these hybrids have 1000 hp”
