So you would be all sunshine and rainbows after getting a penalty that had inconsistent calls
we will be watching
You can’t walk a line if the line continues to move
Drivers know the rules of racing
And the rule is not to be adjusted while a race is happening
Sad for drivers,teams and fans
There is no justification,post explanation or excuse

He’s not wrong though. Nascar is notorious for being inconsistent with cautions and penalties.
