If its not okay to jump the restart in future races, why is it okay here? it makes no sense, NASCAR themselves admit that move was illegal, so penalize it

absolute bullsh*t he was ahead by a car length way before the line, this is incredibly garbage!
NASCAR: Denny has the right to take off a car length early.
Also NASCAR: Don’t even think about doing the same thing at Martinsville.
Denny would’ve won anyway. No one close to challenging him the rest of the way. Vet recognized cars laying back and running up on him before the restart, so he did what he had to do to win.
So NASCAR admits he started early. Just favoritism to crying Hamlin.
P.S. Wallace caused a caution to help Hamlin. Manipulation of the outcome is a penalty too. Just depends on if your one of NASCAR’s Boys.

I just don’t understand why they are allowing this to happen. It was the worst call I have ever seen. Berlin raceway, my local track wouldn’t allow this to happen!!
