I guess because it’s aiding But if they hadn’t said prior about that kind of technique then he should have got a warning the 1st time
Maybe it wasn’t his 1st time
It’s wild that something that small can make that much of a difference Especially as fast as they go
But this is proof that when it’s that close , every little bit does matter.
