Another snooze track. Watch the first 20 laps. Nap and watch the last 20 laps .

Auto Club is usually where I stop watching NASCAR until either Watkin’s Glen or the end of the season.

I’ll always love this track. I grew up in San Bernardino a huge Jeff Gordon fan so being able to come here as a kid was awesome. I’ll be sad to see it go. Hope they rebuild a better more exciting track though

It’s a half-mile configuration because they want to sell the land. It’s going to be boring and demolished in a few years. LVMS is the only hope for speedway racing as a CA fan. It’s so tiresome.

I went to this race every year from the time I was 9 months old up until I moved out of the state at 18 years old. I experienced all that I could at those ages from being in a Skybox, to being down in the pits and getting my Tony Stewart hat signed by his entire pit crew when I was 8 years old, to being down on victory lane, being out in pouring down rain in the dark sticking out overtime or walking around in insane heat, you name it I did it in those 18 years.
That track is the reason I have a Nascar license in my wallet and am racing hometracks now.
Alot of really good memories were made there.
It may turn out not thrilling races but you know what I have deep roots at that track and am disappointed they are destroying it as superspeedway.

Tbh I love this track. I’m sad to see it go. They should have had it as a night race tho, I think it’d have a better atmosphere to it if it was a night race. They could have at least tried it
