10 am, just woke up, time to watch eric’s news
I swear every week is either talk about Kyle Busch or SHR
Well…when you have a 4 car, championship winning, organization shut down..that is news.
…and?
They are hot topics for a reason.
All I hear about is Denny Hamlin or Bubba Wallace. There are many other drivers/teams/stories.
The fact a midfield-backmarker team like the 47, who hasn’t done much outside of a Daytona 500 win, is gonna last longer than a 4-car team that won multiple championships really says something.
Didn’t AJ win a road course in the 47
@@corduroycalYeah, AJ won at Watkins Glen in 2014
Bigger isn’t always better
JTG never expanded beyond their means. When they couldn’t run a second team, they cut it, meanwhile Stewart-Haas could rarely ever have all four cars run as good as their best one, let alone attract enough sponsorship to pay for all of them without needing Gene Haas to reach into his own pocket.
Hendrick claims they haven’t turned a profit in years. Winning isn’t all that keeps the lights on
This isn’t silly season, this is goofy season
weird, wild, wacky season
Whimsy season
Yeah, I can’t wait for the term “silly season” to fade off into the abyss and be replaced with something not so stupid.
@@EricEsteppyou bet! Interesting one too!
@@EricEsteppI hope Truex can get a win or two to finish out the season on top of his game .
As a former intern I’m happy because my friends get to keep their jobs
I called this!!! I knew Haas wasn’t completely going away..
Got ant good stock tips?
@@fred-ts9pb nice sarcasm. The reason why I knew this was going to happen was because Gene Haas is a race team owner and engineering owner and he wasn’t going to completely leave NASCAR because of his company Haas Automation. They still need to have a presence in NASCAR so it only makes sense that they at least have a small one if any. He still sells his engineering equipment to race teams. So the next time you want to be sarcastic maybe you should take a step back and look at the big picture. I can guarantee I know way more about NASCAR than you do and I do a lot more research than you as well..
Might as well go away, his team Sucked before Tony came along, and now it’s going to be like worse that SHR is right now. He’ll be a Backmarker team just like his F1 team. This is Only about sell his brand .
If we brought back building actual high HP cup cars and not low hp kit cars , Tony would be all in
Did tony tell you that?
@@sirearcticTony personally texted him obviously.
If he found a way to make an Indy team, he would. Dude is a quitter though
Probably not wrong. But I still think he has a genuine distance for Nascar. He’s still probably miffed with Nascar for choosing to put dirt on Bristol rather than go to Eldora and how the Larson deal went down.
haas racing is alive‼️
congrats to cole custer on acquiring job security‼️
‘Alive’ is a stretch
So he can run 25th in cup again? Gotta love money over talent. And don’t give me his Mickey Mouse championship. He was also irrelevant before backing his way into Mickey finishes, and only made the championship 4 because Sheldon Creed was being the talentless loser he was on the last lap.
He’s also winless this season. More mid.
@@GatoradeCupSeriesX94 After 2020, they have become more and more irrelevant. Even with Tony Stewart as owner and Kevin Harvick as driver.
Yeah. At least we got Cole Custer a shot at the big leagues. Gotta give respect to him! He won last year’s. Xfinity series championship.
@@alexbuchanan4087 I’m with team Eric. Haas is staying in business before its affordable for him to sell that one charter.
I predict that Josh Berry & his crew chief Rodney Childress and the whole crew will all be in the Wood Brothers #21 as a package deal because I think Ford will go BOLD for it.
The old GMS racing has Toyoda now.
Noah to RCR would be a death sentence for his career.
I’d also argue it would be a death sentence for RCR as well. I think they need to get their sh*t together before they expand to a 3 car team. I think the best place for Noah would be FRM.
I agree it would be a death sentence for Noah
I say Noah stay with a Ford team
Just because it killed kfb’s career
With what charter? Trackhouse and 23xi are getting the last two shr charters.
I stumbled across your channel a month or so ago and for me, it’s the best NASCAR channel out there. Your delivery and articulation as an announcer / host are spot on. You should be in a network booth somewhere. Your analysis and predictions are also spot on and very feasible. This show has for me become a “must watch” every day and after listening to Brennan Poole a few times, he has a new fan. Keep up the great work.
This man is not wrong Eric, You’re doing a great job and your skills are sharping every week.
@@stevemansfield3449 not only that, I met Eric at Martinsville last year, literally just shouted “Out of the Groove!” as he walked past. I found him just as pleasant and personable talking to me, a total stranger. Eric and Out of the Groove deserve all the success they’re seeing and more.
TS is a joke
Thank you! I appreciate the kind words. Glad you’re enjoying the videos
Met Eric at Wilkesboro the guy behind me when I arrived said they’re was a famous YouTuber sitting behind us , I asked if he had glasses and was 7ft tall he said yes , and I knew exactly who it was , Eric came back from his business and gave me a picture without hesitation and talked to me , one of the best days
Berry could go with the new 36 charter since they would need a crew chief and berry comes with a package deal.
Makes sense. If anyone can build a cup team from the ground up it would be Rodney
That 4 wide move at Kentucky for the win with Cole Custer still lives in my head from time to time.
I think Ryan Preece would be a solid xfinity driver. Compete for wins and have a chance at the championship.
However, I think Preece was A Stewart pick.
Tony wanted out because he’s tired of NASCAR’s bullsh*t. It goes back to when he and a few other drivers went to NASCAR with some ideas to help the sport and one of the suits basically ignored it and just acted like he knew so much better than they did. That really pissed Tony off and that same person is probably the one running the show in current day, so it’s no wonder he’s over it.
Fun Fact … it has more to do with FORD tell Tony no over Larson, which began his disinterest in NASCAR .
I totally agree. Stewart is just getting out while he still can make a dollar.
This has got to be the silliest silly season ever
Cbell just confirmed for us that briscoe is going to the 19, he literally spilled the beans!
Christopher Bell spilled the beans today at Louden about Briscoe! LOL
