The redemption of Kyle Busch.
All that uncertainty of how he would do with RCR just for him to win the 2nd race let’s go
This team will be there at the end this year. Not a kyle busch fan but can’t deny the talent the man has.
He was the number one driver at RCR, by far, the moment he was signed. I’m not a KB fan, at all, and was a Dale Earnhardt or nobody fan my whole life until he died. I said when they signed him he should be in the 3 and I got chastised for it. KB in the 3 takes that car from an also ram to a legit championship contender and in contention for the win every week. You watch his fan base blow up if that happened! And, it would return some of the mystique to the 3. Hate if you want, but it sucks to see the 3 be irrelevant now.
@RelentlessEmber I see Austin getting better with Kyle there.
@Mower Jeff Same
@Mower Jeff possibly. He’ll either get better or get overlooked due to Kyle’s success
@Tommy Yancy Kyle on the 3 would have turned NASCAR upside down, but it was the perfect fit
I knew it, Kyle was going to kick the door down to victory lane early this year. The man is hungry and he will feed.
He can go to the back and will still be up racing for the win! Awesome driver.
RCR is putting some really strong cars on the track for Kyle and he is Showing the rest of the teams what they are facing this year.
Respect. Top 10 driver in NASCAR history
Top 5 for sure. Possibly even top 3.
This reminds me of a perfect storm. Kyle’s only objective from here on out is to win everything humanly possible. He’s calmer, more mature, and I think more focused than ever before. Most of his enemies now are retired or fans in the stands. He’s an old lyon. He has nothing left to prove to anybody but himself. And I think that makes him a very dangerous race car driver in a good way.
Pretty sure there’s also that one objective of continuing to race until his son is old enough to make it to NASCAR so they can race against each other.
@crystaljon That would be pretty impressive to tell you the truth. You might be thinking about LeBron James and his son Bronnie though. How would will Kyle be when his son reaches the legal age to race in Nascar? I’m sitting here thinking about what kind of competitive fire Kyle will have by that time. What sort of cars will they be racing by then?
I’ve always been a Kyle Busch hater. For the longest time. But he is one of a kind. He will win in any equipment. I’m now rooting for him because of what he’s been through and the fact he’s sustained success for this long.
Same
Same x2
how could u hate Kyle?
Same story like Dale Sr and his brother
It was more JGR failing Kyle than Kyle himself
Knew he would win for RCR, wasn’t expecting this quick
He was on pace to win last week too, until the wreck, but that is why daytona is such a wildcard, now we see who is going to keep it together, Kyle is going to stay at the top.
Congratulations Kyle Busch and Richard Childress Racing. 19 years in a row Kyle Busch has won a race.
First KB win I’ve been happy about in over a decade. Great to see him refreshed and ready to go.
Nice win Kyle and the # 8 team. These older veterans show these young bucks how to get the job done.
Not gonna lie Kyle is so good I wouldn’t be surprised if he was just coasting the last 3 years with JGR. Man is the greatest of our time, you may not like him now but once the ink dries on his career we’ll all look back and smile
Kyle Busch did an excellent job winning a NASCAR race in southern California for the first time!
Kyle is definitely gonna go on a revenge run this season. I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets another championship.
I find it poetic how Kyle wins at what might be Fontana’s last race before it gets converted. R.I.P Fontana
