Who do you think gets the 7 car in 2025?
Kyle Busch
Ryan Preece
Sam Mayer
Jesse Love
Austin Hill
That’s all I got
Rajah caruth
Kyle Busch to the 7 car hopefully, a championship winning driver partnering up with a championship winning crew chief like Rodney Childers will be awesome.
STOP SAYING BUSCH
If it wasn’t for his contract lasting till 2025, would have said Kyle Busch.
Truckity, Truckity, Truckity, Let’s put Corey LaJoie In The 7 Truck and go Tailgating Boys!
Truck racing is so much fun
Send him back to ARCA
He actually almost won a truck race this year, so I’ll allow it.
I’ll say Kyle Busch will join Spire Motorsports next year.
If he doesn’t get the 3 car at RCR, yes
@@j.cbutterfly3293 Unless Childress gets Kyle’s contract bought out by Spire he isn’t going anywhere. He just joined the team last year and you all already want him gone just because of one bad year. Teams and drivers go through regressions(You didn’t see Dale Earnhardt or Jeff Gordon jumping ship after they had rough seasons)It’s best to ride it out and get to the end of this season and regroup.
@@S.K.R.E.Inc. It’s just a number. Dale drove it and now Austin drives it because he wanted it. The number belongs to RCR and it they let him use it, that’s okay.
@@S.K.R.E.Inc.that wouldn’t be the reason Kyle leaves.
Kyle paired with Rodney would be a dream situation
If he took over the 7 that would be ironic
kbm getting sold to spire just for a spire driver to wreck him, get fired right after, then kyle busch possibly taking his spot would be hillarious
Rodney was foolish to jump on with Spire. He could have landed with a much better team…
@@flint005 Like two men have said “Anything’s Possible!” But the odds of Kyle literally jumping ship to Spire are unlikely.
I bet Josh Berry regrets now that he signed with the Wood Brothers. He would have been ecstatic if he could have followed Childers to Spire and the #7 car.
Still think he’s gonna do a great job in the 21
@@Duval-In-The-Wall I do too. Berry thought a lot of Childers and Childers thought a lot of Berry in their short time working together.
@@johnhenryNCi don’t know why anyone thinks Barry is going to be a force in cup
Rodney Childers said that he chose not to go with Josh, even though he respects him and that he will always see him as a friend is what he said on Kevin Harvicks podcast
Josh shouldn’t feel regret, he made the right decision, spire dropping Corey lajoie was quite sudden and no one expected it, and of course the wood brothers signing happened a while before that, and if josh berry waited, his best option being the wood brothers would’ve slipped away
Pairing McDowell and Childers is easily a playoff formula.
It would be incredible.
To me the obvious choice.
McDowell needs to retire
I can’t believe I’m saying this, but serves him right. Lajoie sabotaged so many attempts by other drivers to win it, to the point he is more despised than Bubba Wallace says something. On the positive side, Childers has a clean slate he (secretly) wanted and can start anew with a new driver
@@deaf2819i hope you realize a ton of people dislike bubba for things beyond his color right? like the fact he has obvious anger issues more than any other top team driver?
@@deaf2819I don’t. Let him race modifieds
Christian Eckes, Sam Mayer, and Kyle Busch are my top 3 candidates
Sam Mayer is a great pick
I like rooting for Erik Jones so Id like to see him come over and get a fresh start to jump start his career. Legacy doesn’t seem like they have their sht together.
Legacy has just fired the entire 84 team (The car that JJ drives part-time)
I would like to see Sire put McDowell in the #7 and Keep Smith where he is asking a rookie to light up the world and that is unfair for Z. Smith for them to do so in my opinion
They should put Smith in the 77.
If Spire can’t get Busch, they should go for Christian Eckes. The last truck series driver they signed for cup worked out well, why not do it again?
I would like to see Eckes win a Truck series Championship first.
@@runrafarunthebestintheworld hocevar didn’t win a truck series championship and he’s done very well this year.
We knew 2024 would be the end of an era. Between the end of Stewart Haas, an entirely different Ford lineup with the New-Look Front Row, Spire Motorsports overhaul, Martin Truex Jr gone, Wood Brothers refreshing and the media rights deal with new annoucers and networks and changes to how the sport is presented. That’s guaranteed to change the landscape of NASCAR’S schedule and the sport as a whole, the end of an era
Just like win Winston left!
Probably the start of the end of the 2000s era. (Remember, we have still KB8 and DH11.)
2024 is the last part of the end for this era.
2024 is the last part of the end for this era.
I kind of figured when they got Rodney they would drop Lajoie. I think they want a certain driver to be paired with Rodney.
Yep Michael McDowell on the 7 car would easily be a playoff car.
@@runrafarunthebestintheworld Yeah he would be pretty good with Rodney. I think that they believed LaJoie had reached his ceiling as a driver. Maybe he needs to do XFINITY full time like his old man.
Like… A good driver.
Kyle Busch should go to the 7 car. He sold KBM to them, it could a reunion for that. Also, he will get Rodney Childers as his crew chief, which will definitely make for a very threatening combo.
@@paknyc_7866 The odds of that happening are unlikely. RCR has a contract, they are not letting Kyle out of it unless Spire offers Childress a whole lotta money that knocks his socks off. People want Kyle to leave RCR thinking that if he goes elsewhere he will win again. Let’s ride it out and see what happens.
Maybe it’s wishful thinking as a Suarez fan, but I still feel like Trackhouse is committed to them. He’s their guy – the guy who the team started with, and who (IMO) is synonymous with them. Funnily enough, I used to say the same about LaJoie and Spire. The difference is, Suarez has gotten them two wins and is poised to make another playoff run. And as insanely popular/marketable as SVG is, Suarez is still one of the most popular drivers in the garage. I think he’s safe for the time being.
Corey LaJoie Should Go Down To Xfinity or Trucks and become on the Level of A Justin Allgaier or a Matt Crafton
Man, good thing he was stacking those pennies
I’m curious if Kyle Busch has a Performance clause in his contract. Some contracts may include performance clauses that allow drivers to leave or seek alternative options if the vehicle fails to meet certain performance standards. These standards might be based on metrics such as qualifying positions, race results, or reliability.
LaJoie is now EX-Spired.
That was a good one, Chief!
You win
Iceburg, I’ve missed you man. Don’t know why your vids stopped being recommended to me but I’m glad to be back and see one pop up on my feed. I need to get back to listening to NWP every week too.
