Love the throwback. Guess he had to contact Richard Childress to borrow the number for one race.
Does that mean the No. 3 and the No. 29 are gonna race each other?
Considering they both won races last year, and the qualification format for the All-Star hasn’t changed this season (that I know of), I’d say yes.

The 29 was used by RAB Racing when it attempted a couple of races. I don’t think that they made the field though. I know Childress had the number until Austin Dillon ran #3. I guess that to make it official he had to get permission from Childress to use the 29 in that style after all, he did use the number.
This looks fantastic. Glad to see Harvick in the 29 one more time.
As a Gordon fan I can say, without hesitation, we all needed that finish.

I like it I remember that race when I was 21. Wish they would let them put the numbers back on the door for The Winston.
