At least the caution didn’t come out.

Ya you got to hit the brake pedal for it to slow down.

The first one looked like Bubbas brakes gave out the second looks I’m not sure why Larson moved over unless he was trying to pit but the car on his inside slowed in front of hamlin and Hamlin tried to avoid him and hit Larson as he was coming over

Larson was on the very outside of the track, the fastest line, Hamlin drove right into his line, it looked to be on purpose.

@Dr. Smith  Larson came back down hamlin came up. From what I’ve gathered since this comment is Larson and Hamlin went to avoid the slow car and Larson went to dive into the pits thinking hamlin was pitting too when he wasn’t.

@Kartracer6 I’ll buy that.

I see a lot of people say he had a brake failure, but idk it looked to me he had plenty of brakes at the last second, he was able to slide the car sideways quickly. I think it was a mistake personally but I could be wrong.

In the diver interview he basically ranted that it was a mistake

Faron Young March 27, 2023 at 2:14 am

oil line leaked on tires, maybe he could have done something different but there wasn’t going to be a good outcome in that situation

Yeah I agree. I think he just missed his braking point and then it was too late. Way too much smoke from lock up for it to be a brake failure.

Listen to the in car radio of Hamlin he spun Larson cause he thought Larson was going after Wallace. All Larson was doing is try to get to pit lane. Hope Nascar was listening .

He managed to get Larson to come down on him?

Larson has the worst luck in NASCAR. He’s only a champ because of his talent.

He was driving outside the groove and it looked like a bad judgement call. He appeared to be trying to pick up spots but guessed wrong as to how much room he still had left to the corner. He may also have made a mistake in thinking this was a corner that wasn’t so sharp when its more of a hair pin. I don’t see an equipment failure, I see driver error. He blamed a broken toe link on the wreck but I’m pretty sure that came after the contact with Larson.

I think he had brake issues it was quite failure but close to it
