Glad MTJ is back.

I find it odd with the timing. The rumor of him being replaced. Then a couple days later this? Seems like a easy way to cancel his contract and not have to buy him out

I believe this stalker because that’s what somebody was doing seen about that report and decided to post the screenshot on Twitter

I mean they had a Frontstretch reporter just ‘randomly’ start searching his history.

I completely agreed.

LMC hasn’t said anything on their website or their social pages at the time of this posting, but if prior incident are anything to go by… if Gragson’s sponsors haven’t dropped him already… his baconating days are over for now.

I’m a little surprised that Truex is going for one more year, considering that he said that sail boat he bought is looking more appealing. I think his last year will be next year though. It will be OneLastRoar for the T Rex.

Buschy’s still my pick for the title, but it’s gonna be a nice battle between him and Truex nonetheless.

I could not be more happer for MTJ coming back. I have been a fan ever since his first win at Dover. And I would love to see 2x champion beside MTJ name. And I would not be surprised if it happens very soon. Keep it rolling MTJ

The Noah situation is a massive life lesson in, it can all change in an instance. He went from doing his dream job to potentially being out of a job completely

@Marky Markwhether he should’ve been suspended or not, he shouldn’t have been an idiot cause he knew how sensitive that subject is to people

Every time I see more and more of Eric’s stuff disappear from his room, and every time he says he’s moving, the more I think he’s an actual NASCAR reporter moving around the country from town to town during the season. Maybe he’s really Allen Bestwick in disguise.

He’s 6.7

I think it makes more sense to make the person who dug through his Twitter history go through sensitivity training

Not really

no one had to dig it was on the post itself

@History Buff Actually yeah. It’s sociopathic to creep through someone’s social media presence looking for “gotcha” moments. The reporter needs to learn real journalism.

Sadly, I think his best bet is the Spire 77 if he wishes to stay in Cup. Ty Dillon isn’t doing nearly as well as Lajoie is this year, and Noah has potential. Just really unfortunate he slipped up at the worst possible time for his career.

Reply
Codi Leger August 8, 2023 at 5:16 pm

Problem is I think Spire wants to bring up Hocevar. Rumor has it he’s skipping Xfinity and I don’t think he’s going to Kaulig

RDSk August 8, 2023 at 5:21 pm

Replacing Ty Dillon with Gragson is a mistake that has already been made.

If I know a team is already looking to get rid of me, I’m not going to help their cause off the track. He clicked the button and gave them all they needed. Conspiracy or not, the conspiracy wouldn’t exist if he didn’t make that choice. Think about what you are doing before you do it. Im not saying its fair, but in todays world (especially the last 3 years) Noah gave Legacy an easy layup.

Blake E August 8, 2023 at 5:07 pm

I feel the fact it appears a reporter dug through what sounds like 3 months back is pretty crappy. Yeah, Noah should have known better, but this makes it feel really sleazy. Not to mention how Legacy has handled it too. Have Noah do some sensitivity training, but the letting him go after one year, in a lame duck year at that of the team, it just puts a very bad taste about all of this.

SpaceLord_MtherFcker420 August 8, 2023 at 5:19 pm

why would a pro team want to be involved with ppl who make these choices? it was a choice to like the post.

Thing is with Noah is that he has to take the responsibilities of wht he liked online even if it means possibly being forced out of NASCAR due to lack of sponsors. Yes what he did was stupid and idiotic but at the same time he should at least get one more chance to find put if he has learned from this or not. My best guess is either a mid tier Xfinity Series ride or top tier Truck Series ride unless he can also convince sponsors to give him another chance as well. I think for now his Cup Series opportunity is done. He might get another try if he learns from this down the road, but currently drivers has to basically be on their best behavior 24/7 and can’t get even in the slightest bit of trouble or something like this could happen to them.

Yeah woak Nascar

Reply
Thomas Emberson August 8, 2023 at 5:13 pm

My guess was Noah would not mesh with Jimmy. Jimmy, very serious about racing, staying fit, and getting it done, Noah, not so much. As well Gibbs did not like Noah, AFAIK; thus making Noah under a JGR associated team untenable.

Travis August 8, 2023 at 5:13 pm

Now Hamlin and Fedex just need to make a decision if they choose to stay or move on. Then that will determine to me if John Hunter will drive the 11 or the 42. As much as I would like to see Hamlin return to the 11 I hope he moves on to his own team and they can put John Hunter in the 11. As for the 42 Maybe I am moving him up to early but he has shown he can run and almost won at bristol in the 95. He is currently chancing a Truck title in a mid pack truck team Matty D

In cases like these NASCAR always first announces an indefinite suspension and then later finalizes their reinstatement policy. I guarantee you in the next few weeks they will announce Noah can complete sensitivity training to be reinstated. Same thing happened with Larson in 2020.

Reply
fchrisgrimm August 8, 2023 at 5:23 pm

Larson’s reinstatement ultimately took six months.

MikeTakeFlight August 8, 2023 at 5:22 pm

Id keep an eye out on Gragson to SHR after ford fumbled Larson I know Gragson isn’t near Larson but he could be a bright spot next to briscoe with berry being older since ford development is kinda empty or even McDowell to SHR and Gragson to front row but this one seems more unlikely

Reply
Richard Cleary August 8, 2023 at 5:40 pm

And gragson is brash as is Tony Stewart and was harvick

Reply
AnOkayPerson August 8, 2023 at 5:24 pm

Jimmie Johnson has created a cancer with his politics in NASCAR. And it smells like he went fishing for an easy way out with Gragson and he knew he could get it if some reporters just happened to be digging through his social media. He probably didn’t like Gragson being a more edgy personality and knew he needed a good in with Toyota to make his program improve. Everyone can see this Gragson suspension by NASCAR and LMC is BS, they’d wouldn’t do this to any other cup driver unless they wanted them relegated or gone, but you’ll see no big names defend Gragson or they’ll be subject to the same fate. Toe the line or face the wall. NASCAR is dead.

It’s actually 50/50. What did he or any HIGH PROFILE person think would happen to them in 2023??

Reply

I think it is unfair to ruin someone’s life over 1 mistake. Denny Hamlin only had to sensitivity training. With no suspension from Nascar. Why the harsh punishment for Noah

Reply
Drew Lally August 8, 2023 at 5:33 pm

I’d like to see Noah run in the Xfinity series again but I worry about sponsorship. It might have to be trucks

Reply
kevin pratt August 8, 2023 at 5:39 pm

I don’t think Noah should’ve been suspended indefinitely. I think NASCAR themselves took this way too far I mean yeah was it tasteless to like that sort of thing yes but we all make mistakes at 3 o’clock in the morning or when we’re drunk or when we’re being just stupid, I think you should have a way to get back into the sport because I think he’s quite talented. He’s a raw talent that NASCAR should not let escape he needs to be in the sport positive or negative.
