Racing is dangerous. But you don’t focus on that. You just drive.
Drivers are in the zone….. eliminate that thought from your mind and drive to win. Although for us fans that risk is at times terrifying!!
Atleast in my 4cyl, I don’t. And with them going much faster, they probably do a BIT, but the main goal is to win and gain spots when you can. As soon as you step into that car, you are putting your luck to the test, lol.
If you think about it, you slow down a bit. That’s why the older drivers stop winning as much.
