No charters, no problem.
It’d certainly be a step in the right direction.

NASCAR’s got the right idea in wanting to abandon it, it’s just that the teams don’t want that and there still isn’t a compromise of any kind

I agree

There is a problem the teams put SO MUCH MONEY to buy a charter. If they are going to get rid of a system they have had for over 5 years refund the teams and we know nascar will not.

I’m pretty sure we won’t get a split of any kind. This is all just teams trying to force NASCAR’s hand. Eventually one side will bite the bullet and we’ll all rejoice.

Reply
@brianbruce4261 February 1, 2024 at 8:53 pm

Last year they said they would run exhibitions not sanctioned by nascar and that didn’t happen either.

@JamesJohnson-sl6zc February 1, 2024 at 8:56 pm

Nobody thought Indy car would split either but that happened.

3 years ago would have never dreamed the world of outlaws would split but here we are….

Reply
@JackLikesTrackhouse February 1, 2024 at 10:42 pm

@@JamesJohnson-sl6zcfair but I don’t think the team owners are dumb enough to truly split from NASCAR. Most if not all of those guys know about the whole Indycar ordeal in the late 90s and wouldn’t want to repeat that. Hell, Tony Stewart was in the middle of the Indy split and now he’s a NASCAR owner.

No it’s bumper cars. Like 5 cars have been demolished in two years if that. That’s one wreck at Daytona. Get a clue

There was a time where I was as big of a fan Matty D to be successful but lately for me, it’s the “it can’t always be the other person’s fault” situation. His explanation of the sponsorship deal was a little unprofessional in my opinion and I’m just over his pitty party.

Definitely the year of solid base colors for NASCAR. I know this one isnt an original but it has to be the 7th or 8th unveil that has about 90% base color.

Sources report that Ferrari were going to hire Matt DiBenedetto before eventually settling on Lewis Hamilton. DiBenedetto’s Italian heritage and resonance with fans were cited as a source of interest. However, it seems like a sponsor dispute led talks to fall away between Ferrari and DiBenedetto before eventually the team turned to Hamilton as a backup. DiBenedetto said, “I’m gutted, we were so close. But I’m hopeful it’ll work out in the end.”

The American has not announced any plans for the upcoming season at this time.

I understand very little about sports betting. I’m 50 and only been paying attention to the numbers,to try and understand how they work, for the last year. Only been legal in my state for a year or two. I appreciate the content.
