Wasn’t it Kyle Petty who said years ago that North Wilksboro would make a better bass pond than a racetrack.
True,… but when Marcus Smith spent millions in the past couple years to refurbish it they brought the place back to NASCAR standards.
No reason Cup boys can’t run a points race here.
Gotta get the short track package in order. Last Year the late models and Truck had a fantastic race, Cup. Not so much. It will be interesting to see with the repave if that changes anything.
