IOWA POST RACE – First Iowa Cup Race, NBC Returns, Not A Tire Disaster

For the first time the NASCAR Cup Series is racing in Iowa at the Newton short track. Tire issues have plagued the weekend in both the Cup Series and Xfinity Series on track action thanks in part to a controversial new partial repave of the track. Will we see a repeat of 2024 spring Bristol or a sequel to the 2008 Brickyard 400?

Man, I picked a damn good NASCAR weekend to go to. That was absolutely electric, and so was the Xfinity race yesterday!

It was bogus caution, and it got Denny Hamlin all that track posistion, which he didnt capitalize on. NASCAR was to trigger happy with that one caution. U cant assume its a wreck until its a wreck
