The biggest losers from the Hollywood Casino 400 lineup being determined by the metric score are Ryan Blaney and Chase Briscoe. Because Blaney (33rd), Briscoe (27th) and Chase Elliott (23rd) finished poorly in the race last weekend, they’ll be toward the back of the NASCAR starting grid on Sunday.
