Brad is a phony on tv.
LFG Baby! As a huge BK fan, this is amazing. Folks don’t understand how analytical Brad is and how he looks for the right people. With his Manufacturing company, RFK and BK foundation, this is awesome. His time is coming for a win for sure! He was the fastest car the last handful of laps.

They gotta made bolder calls on the box before his time will come. If he had pit with or even before the 6 & 19 he could’ve gone for the win. The strategy of running long and hoping for a caution is holdover thinking from when this team sucked. They shot themselves in the foot with that call.
Roush was an upper C-tier team in 2020. Brad brought them to a solid B-tier team by the end of last year, and with the way things are shaping, they’ll be a lower A-tier team before too long.
Brad was also very smart to keep Chris in the 17. I knew he had something special when he brought the 37 car home in the top-10 on multiple occasions in 2019. He is Roush’s next superstar, and his time is coming, if it isn’t already here.

Chances are good for Brad but not a lock for the playoffs. With 2 road courses and daytona left it’s possible to have 3 new winners and if Harvick maintains his lead Brad is out.
