Kyle Larson’s tire was loose!
Suspension for 2 pit crew members.
What if they find out it was a broken wheel nut? I’m very hard pressed to believe it was a crew error since the tire stayed on for all those laps, only to come off during a yellow. It’s very possible the nut itself may have cracked or somehow failed.

What if it’s found that the wheel nut might have failed or broken? There shouldn’t be a penalty or suspensions for that, aren’t all the wheel nuts NASCAR-spec parts?

2 laps for losing a wheel under yellow is overkill. make it 1 lap if under yellow and 2 laps if under green
