This appeals panel is so stupid. Replace it.

They messed up yesterday but they got this call right

@HN9 If Suarez didn’t get a points penalty, neither should Hamlin. Let’s also not forget that Byron only got a fine for spinning Hamlin out under caution last year with no points penalty. This appeals panel is a joke and clearly favors HMS.

@Sonny Ty Gibbs didn’t get a points penalty for worse than what Suarez did in Martinsville last year in the first Xfinity race. Plus Byron didn’t say he meant to spin Hamlin, he just meant to hit him. Hamlin flat out said it wasn’t an accident when he put Chastain in the wall at Phoenix.

DEAR DENNY

Now this was the right decision, rather than whatever yesterday’s decision was. You can’t put someone in the wall on purpose and admit it a few days later and expect to not get a penalty.

So basically,it’s get fined for telling the truth , while people will straight up lie to there faces and nothing happens

So lemme get this straight denny loses points while Suarez gets a fine for hitting bowman on pit road while officials were around which is worse on its own right but he gets a fine while denny gets a points paying lost so its ok to use a car as a weapon on pit road and get a fine and get a slap on the wrist for it lmfao

If Denny would’ve kept his mouth shut, he wouldn’t have gotten fined lol

NASCAR – ” alright guys all were going to do is not penalize Hendrick Motorsports”.

HMS reportedly had the paper trail to prove they reached out, whereas Kaulig didn’t from what I hear.

Denny’s doesn’t need explained really

Lol. Suarez loses no points for putting someone’s life in danger and Denny gets points and fines for a bump on the track. NASCAR PENALTIES ARE BROKEN!

I think it’s past time for Denny and Ross to consider a fist fight.

After the Suarez penalty was given, I was actually hoping that Hamlin would actually get his points back, because I still believe what Suarez did was more dangerous, especially with on track personnel around. However after what Hamlin did to Yeley in Richmond, I have no sympathy towards Hamlin for not getting his points back. He wants to complain about respect among drivers and Chastain’s driving, but over the years he has proven to be just as dirty, and have less forgiveness than Chastain.

in racing… you should only repay someone back for something after its been forgotten about by everyone else.. the only one who needed to remember will be reminded.

Ridiculous but it’s ok for Byron to intentionally spin Hamlin under caution admitting it and getting the points taken away …..this is a bad look and doesn’t make any sense

NASCAR changed the wording of the rule after that appeal and wording is how Byron won that appeal. The wording used to be and or now it’s (AND)
