His crash is comparable to Chris Cockrum in 2015 there.
I remember when Dexter had a hard wreck at Richmond in 2013 and suffered a bad concussion. He then left NASCAR for years until now. Hope he’s alright.
I’m sure he’d rather be interviewed for a good performance rather than this though… Glad he is okay !

I’m so glad he’s okay and that they took the time to talk to him. He was making his first start in the Series since 2016. Damn, he was having a great run too in an MBM Motorsports car.
My heart almost stopped beating when blaine perkins flip.
He’s lucky the car didn’t rotate just a bit more, could have caught the edge in the driver door, that would not have been good.

While the driver in question may have sustained some bruises, they’re likely to bounce back just fine. That being said, Joey’s comments may give the impression that even minor injuries are prohibited in racing, which is not necessarily the case.
