Nascar is in a great place, nascar officiating is in a bad place. Ratings and stands show NASCAR is in a good place. Drivers and owners must keep the officials from fudging it up, AGAIN
I knew pretty easily who the random driver of the week was especially knowing he was the rookie of the year in the Busch Series and was in a commercial with a future Disney star, and he did win the 2017 Daytona 500 as a spotter, and his best Cup Finish was 6th in 2003 at Rockingham the 2nd to last race at The Rock to be exact.
I was at Richmond, I’ve been at every race since 2021 straight. Outide of playoffs night 2021 sep 11th 20 year race, Richmond was as full if not more than any other time, on Easter, at night, in the rain, to say the crowd was low isn’t true, I tried finding tickets on the front stretch the day before and there were 1 or 2 left sparingly . And looking into the stands it was fine, at the beginning of the race most fans were under the stands trying to stay dry so if that’s where you got the idea it wasn’t super full that makes sense , but by the end of the race is was just like any other race I’ve been to.
My problem with the Richmond race is buba is an employee of Denny. Maybe they had it planned for bubba to cause a caution so that Denny can have a chance on a restart. NASCAR needs to investigate that.
Great show. The tracks that have become boring are Michigan, Homestead, and Pocono. The racing at them has become predictable. I also say we get rid of COTA and go to Road America or Lexington, Ohio. If they get rid of a Richmond race there are other short tracks in the country where we could go or we could put The Rock back on the schedule?

Thoughts? Bristol ran the Intermediate package instead of Short Track package? Did Richmond?
Especially Richmond during the Summer, doing a Monday night race, no football conflict!

Paige should replace Darian. He messes up more than Bowyer.
Please no. Not a fan of either one. Besides the inability to speak, neither has any insightful opinions

Would Richmond dirt be an option? I always had the feeling the wider racetrack and shallow banking would make for some good racing in the dirt
